For the nerd in all of us

Hello readers of Frak Earth! I've been MIA for a few weeks, and I thought I'd let you all know why. I've been un the UK for the past 2 weeks, and am going to be studying for a semester at the University of St. Andrews! I spent the first few days of my trip in Edinburgh, where (as any loyal Harry Potter fan would know) JK Rowling lived in when she started writing Harry Potter.
Now that I'm across the pond, I'm hoping to be able to update Frak Earth at least once a day. If my classes get to crazy here, I'll at least try and update on the weekends, and keep you all informed on some of the nerdy aspects of things here at St. Andrews. For instance, I'm actually going to a small Comic-Con type event in London next weekend where David Tennent is going to be in attendence!!
I will be attending The Entertainment Media Show on October 1st and October 2nd, and could not be more excited about it! This event is going to be a lot different than Comic-Con, because it's going to be much more meet and greet orientated than the Con is. Comic-Con is more about going to panels and getting free swag on the Exhibition Floor.
But it's not just David Tennent in attendence, father daughter tag team, Alex Kingston and Arthur Darvil will also be in attendence! And one of the most badass characters from Game of Thrones, Massie Williams is also going to be there! Some of the other notable actors are Evanna Lynch (Harry Potter), John Hurt (Harry Potter), Georgie Moffet (Doctor Who), and Luciana Carro (BSG). It looks like it's going to be a great show, and I will be posting pictures once I get back to my Hall.
So once again, thank you loyal readers for you time and support. Take a look at some awesome photos that I took while in Edinburgh..
This cemetary is where a person named Tom Riddle is burried.. Apparently JK Rowling would walk around here and pick names for her books!!
Taken at the Elelphant House! JK Rowling wrote the first book in this cafe! Here are a few more pics of the Cafe
Tweed is everywhere in Scotland!
This look just like the Eleventh Doctor's Costume (minus the bowtie)
THEY ARE EVERYWHERE!
